Vladimir Milosevic, as a founder of the firm, has several years of experience from top-tier international law firms in advising domestic and foreign clients with different commercial law issues with focus on banking & finance and corporate matters.

Vladimir’s experience includes advising banks, financial institutions and other lenders on a broad range of domestic and international finance transactions. In particular, Vladimir focuses on cross – border financing and refinancing, real estate investment and development, corporate finance and project finance. In his corporate practice, Vladimir has a versatile track record in advising clients in corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate changes and in a variety of complex business transactions.

Vladimir graduated from the University of Belgrade with a degree in Law (Top 1% of class) and earned his LL.M. from Queen Mary School of Law School University of London

Božidar Stakić is an independent attorney at law qualified in Serbia, practicing in cooperation with Milosevic Law Firm with focus on litigation, insolvency and real estate law. He has several years of experience in advising domestic and foreign clients on different legal issues. He is regular team member in litigations concerning complex construction and real estate cases.

Božidar obtained his LLB from the University of Belgrade and he currently attends specialization from the Tax law. He is fluent in English.

Jelena Janković is an intern at Milosevic Law Firm. She attends the final year of the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade. Her focus is to improve legal knowledge in all aspects of corporate and tax law. Jelena is fluent in English language.

Srdjan Vlatkovic is an independent attorney at law qualified in Serbia, practicing in cooperation with Milosevic Law Firm. He has extensive experience in commercial, corporate, M&A and project-related matters in Serbia and region. Srdjan’s experience includes advising major international companies and contractors on large scale projects and investments primarily in the area of energy and real estate development (e.g. construction of thermal power plant, construction of wind farm, structuring and implementation of business project). In the area of finance he advised on broad range of transactions including corporate finance and project finance. Srdjan also advised on number of M&A transactions. He is actively advising on commercial, corporate and dispute resolution matters. Srdjan has several years of experience in work as attorney at law in top-tier domestic and international law firms and he is fluent in Serbian and English.

Emilija Radojev is a trainee lawyer at Milosevic law firm. Emilija graduated at University of Belgrade Faculty of Law in 2016 where she earned her LL.B. Prior to joining our law firm, she worked for reputable M&A and corporate finance advisor in Southeast Europe. Her practice areas are corporate law, restructuring, contract law, public procurement, construction and employment law. As an undergraduate, Emilija’s internships included roles at another reputable law firm and the First instance court in Belgrade. She participated in Legal clinic for contract law at Faculty of Law offering pro bono legal advices to citizens. Emilija is fluent in English.

Filip Matković is an associate at Milosevic Law Firm. His focus is on corporate and commercial matters, litigation and construction law. Filip graduated from Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade where he earned his LL.B. Filip is fluent in English.
