BIOGRAPHY
Vladimir Milošević, the principal of the firm, prior starting its own legal practice was building his career within top-tier international law firms where he got specialized in advising national and international companies in cutting edge commercial law issues with focus on banking & finance and corporate matters.
Vladimir’s experience includes advising banks, financial institutions, and other lenders on a broad range of domestic and international finance transactions. In particular, Vladimir focuses on cross – border financing and refinancing, real estate investment and development, corporate finance and project finance. Additionally, Vladimir has a versatile track record in advising clients in corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate changes and in a variety of complex business transactions.
Vladimir graduated from the University of Belgrade School of Law (Top 1% of class) and earned his LL.M. from Queen Mary School of Law School University of London.
Vladimir is fluent in English.
