BIOGRAPHY
Srdjan Vlatkovic is a Counsel at Milosevic Law Firm, and a lawyer with extensive experience in commercial, corporate, M&A and project-related matters in Serbia and region. Srdjan’s experience includes advising major international companies and contractors on large scale projects and investments primarily related to energy and real estate development (e.g. construction of thermal power plant, construction of wind farm, structuring and implementation of business project)
Additionally, Srdjan has been participated on a broad range of transactions including corporate finance and project finance. Prior joining Milošević Law Firm, Srdjan worked for more than a decade as attorney at law in top-tier domestic and international law firms.
Srdjan received his LL.B. and LL.M. from the University of Belgrade School of Law. He is a member of the Belgrade Bar Association, Serbia.
Srdjan is fluent in English.
